Description

DESCRIPTION. For sale is Ray Sawyer’s “Rockin’ Satellite” b/w “Bells In My Heart” on Sandy 1030. The record is in VG minus condition, but plays terrific. There are no scratches, only some very superficial scuffs that do not affect the play. The label also shows some wear. This is one of the more difficult rockabilly issues on Sandy. Ray Sawyer, by the way, is Dr. Hook from the 70s band and shared lead vocals. He is still performing out there, and this is his first effort on vinyl from about 1958.

PAYMENT. I’ve been collecting 45 records for over 35 years, and this record is guaranteed to be original (not a reissue) and in the condition stated or your full payment refunded. Full payment is due within 10 days of the close of the auction. NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS OR INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED (I am not a bank). Payment can be made by money order or cashiers check drawn from a US bank, cash, or PAYPAL. Personal checks must clear before shipping. Overseas buyers must make payment through a US bank or registered mail to arrive within 10 days of the close of the auction. Records will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment.

SHIPPING. Records will be professionally packaged for shipping to insure against damage. All records will be shipped by US Postal Service by Registered Mail, and will be insured for the full selling price. Buyers will be responsible for full shipping costs which will be added to the winning selling price. NOTE TO OVERSEAS BUYERS: Records will be registered and insured for the full selling price. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any duty taxes owed will NOT be my responsibility.
