Description

Beautiful copy of the rare original 1980 pressing of the classic Rim Arrives LP on Rising Times LPGM-1111. Recently reissued, this is the original. A soul/funk classic, beloved by DJs everywhere. This copy is in beautiful shape. The disc looks gorgeous and plays absolutely flawlessly and just beautifully. Not the slightest tick or crackle anywhere. There is a superficial mark on side 2 but it is just cosmetic and makes no sound at all. Really this copy plays perfectly. The cover has some surface tearing in the center, where it must have fused with another record while it was being stored. Looks like there was a tiny bit of moisture that make the other record cover stick to it. A few moisture stains can faintly be seen around the center tear. There are some darker stains on the back, and some very faint ringwear, but aside from that it is actually quite nice with no seam splits or much wear at all. NO musty smell or mildew or anything like that. Really quite nice even with the slight damage. This is a truly lovely original copy, so rare and an amazing player. Hard to beat.
