Description

This is a very rare, original 1976 ISLAND RECORDS pressing of the classic roots reggae LP "Man From Wareika" by RICO

Widely considered to be a Reggae Roots landmark, this album features a host of top musicians such as: Sly Dunbar, Robbie Shakespeare, Bunny McKenzie, Junior Marvin, Lloyd Parkes, Ansel Collins and Ijahman as well as the legendary Rico Rodriguez himself on trombone

The record is presented in its original ISLAND sleeve and is in fantastic condition, with just a very few light hairline marks (barely perceptible) which do not affect the sound - and the bass sound on vinyl has to be heard to be believed!

I have owned this record since new and stored it carefully through the years

A rare and superb example of this classic LP
