RICHARD SOUTAR "LAVENDER DAYDREAMS (U.S.VOID RECORDS)  LONG SOLD OUT LEGIT VINYL LIMITED REISSUE OF CLASSIC DREAMY PSYCH FOLK....FOR THIS REISSUE ORIGINAL COVER AND INSERT WERE MATCHED EXACTLY...ARTSY PASTE ON COVER IS BRILLIANT....M-/M/M....JUST A COUPLE COPIES OF THIS 400 PRESS AT THE TIME this is a blissed out folk psycher in the vein of Tim Buckley or Dan Fogleberg but waaay more psyched out. Richard has certainly dropped a tab or three in his time. A really, really good album to mind-surf to, and also poppy enough that it would sound good coming out of a boombox in a field while you are throwing the frisbee and smoking some bohoofus.If you like folk psych and have a turntable(alas, no CD exists _yet_, but hey, that's a good excuse to get a turntable and get rid of those crappy wastes of plastic anyway)this album is a must. A MUST! A MUST!
