AMERICA AMORE AMARO - ITALIAN LIBRARY Lp by REMIGIO DUCROS and LUCIANO SIMONCINI aka ARAWAK. Original Italian pressing on EDI-PAN label (MPS 3015), from 1975. Italian Library masterpiece with killer mood music by the maverick arrangers. Ducros (husband of Daniela Casa) was the man behind Tempo Di Naja / Lo Sport / America Giovane and La Palla e Rotonda. Simoncini was responsible for the legendary Accadde A Library under his Arawak pseudonym. An inspired musical interpretation of mid '70s young America with spacey funk / Italian hippie and strung-out disco sounds of the period. Variations on the Sgambetto - Sgambata theme / stoned Accadde A flute / hip hop beats / 'popping' percussion / fender bass / rhodes e-piano etc. Daniela Casa is the girl playing all the disco wah wah and cosmic fuzz distortions, for sure. Great for DJs. We have recorded SUBWAYS / BUS STOP / MAGNOLIA BOULEVARD / FRISCO / NIAGARA FALLS / NIGROS / SAN DIEGO / FLUTING and CONEY ISLAND for our soundclip. Nice production. Ducros Simoncini and Casa are all hotter than hot right now :) Rare Library Lp!!! Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG 

Vinyl is shiny, VG++ condition overall with a few light scuffs and hairlines. Light surface noises. Nice production. Tiny scratch to intro of  'Boulevard...' theme causes a few soft ticks. The soft card sleeve is in strong VG+ condition with general wear from storage. Ring wear / ring creasing / dirt marks (mostly to back sleeve). Some wear marks to front sleeve and bottom corners. Small, thin section of deterioration below middle of open side (difficult to see on our photo) where part of the card sleeve has been crushed and torn from storage.  Moisture staining bottom of back sleeve. Camera flash glare to sleeve and label photo. Rare Library Lp!!!
