Sleeve is VG+ with small dings on the edge (pictured) as well as a small corner bend.
Disc 1 is VG+ (small inaudible manufacturing defect and surface marks) plays through beautifully.
Disc 2 is VG; In The Air, Why Not Smile, Falls To Climb are effected by surface scratches (as pictured) with audible pops and clicks.
All unsealed vinyl is hand cleaned using a Pro-Ject VC-S2 ALU (as seen in photos). We include rice paper inner sleeves as well as an outer sleeve, proper packaging and quality mailer for safe shipping.
Up is the eleventh studio album by American rock band R.E.M., released on October 26, 1998, by Warner Bros. Records. It was the band's first album without drummer Bill Berry, who retired from the group in October of 1997. In his place, R.E.M. used session drummers like Joey Waronker and Barrett Martin, as well as programming drum machines.
Up saw R.E.M. move into electronic music-influenced territory after delivering New Adventures in Hi-Fi in 1996. Ending a 10-year relationship with co-producer Scott Litt, the band engaged the production assistance of Pat McCarthy, who was assisted on most tracks by engineer Nigel Godrich, Radiohead's producer. The single "Daysleeper" became a Top 10 UK hit,[8] and "Lotus", The Beach Boys-influenced "At My Most Beautiful" and "Suspicion" were also released as singles.
