Description

Excellent condition 12" vinyl 2LP set of NEW ADVENTURES  HI-FI by R.E.M. Original 1996 issue in gatefold sleeve - please note that the lyric sheet/insert is NOT included.

From my own personal collection in a smoke/pet-free home. All records have been played through from start to finish to ascertain condition, and graded to a standard I would be happy with as a collector. Grading is therefore as follows - 

Records:  Ex+ Sleeve: Ex (light scuffing/ringwear to front and back covers; scuffing to top and bottom of spine; a few surface creases) Inners: Ex (plain sleeves - creasing/bubbling to 2 corners of one)
Insert: NOT INCLUDED
