1st edition pressing of R.E.M. "Monster" released in 1994. Sleeve has some record ring wear at the top and the corners are slightly worn. Insert has black & white photos and is in mint condition. Disc is clean and has been stored upright in climate controlled condition and is in near mint condition with no obvious flaws.
