Description
RCA Shaded Dog LSC-6066 two LP box set of Beethoven "Choral" Ninth Symphony and 8th Symphony. Boston Symphony Orchestra conducted by Charles Munch with soloists and chorus. All sides are 3s Indianapolis pressings with terrific dynamic range. Includes 10-page booklet.
A note about grading of used records:
MINT: Rare indeed and a category I never use. If a record is not sealed, even if it is "like new" or I know it has only been played once it will be graded in the next category (NM)
NM; If "like new" I will state so. Might have a minimum of barely audible noise. No repeating tics or frequent surface noise.
EX; Generally mostly NM with a bit more evidence of age.
VG+; Obviously used but mostly evident in quiet passages but still mostly quiet or unobtrusive'
I spot-play the records on a high resolution system, concentrating on high excursion, quiet or suspect sections.
