The first reference I have found to this 2-track tape comes in the July 1957 RCA Tape Catalog. These works were included as part of the LP issue on LSC-1984 ("The Virtuoso Orchestra"); the other works on that disc were issued on 2-track tape on CCS-21.

The tape is in excellent condition; its box shows minor shelf wear.
