Condition of LP is VG++, EXTREMELY CLEAN

Condition of Cover is VG+(still in shrink) paper used for back cover is just barely starting to peel off at opening

If you are looking at this listing, you already know how rare and obscure this LP is, so I won't go into details.

It's actually quite good as compared to some other similar stuff from this era that I've heard over the years.
