Description

Here´s an original copy of RAVEN - Back To Ohio Blues, released 1975 in the US as a private press on Owl 65 X 111. Absolutely brilliant raw and dirty hard psych with a bluesy touch and a real private/underground feeling. Fantastic album and really superrare. This is not a mintish copy but still highly collectable and enjoyable.

Condition cover: vg, the thick sleeve has spine- and cornerwear, two tears on bottom of front, a defect and some creases on top left corner. Seamsplit on bottom at the record opening (8 cm). Light general rubbing on front. Backcover is much better and just a bit dirty (cleanable).

Condition record: vg(+), it has not to less visual hairlines and paperscuffs, plays fantastic with light background noises on start, between the tracks and in a few quieter parts. Would grade it vg+ but a small pressing fault is audible on the first 10 turns on A1 & B1.

I should mention that my gradings are visualy AND audible taken on a Wilson Benesch Act Two turntable combined with Sumiko Blue Point Special cartridge and this combination doesn't lie...I'm just a collector and don't like overgraded records so much...
