Description

ARTIST: Raulzinho-Impacto 8 TITLE: International Hot (Equipe eqc-859) COVER: EX-. Creasing. No pen marks or writing. VINYL: EX. Clean labels. Original first edition released here in Brazil in 1968.

Daaag! Killer rare and in demand soul funk LP from Raulzinho and Impacto 8! . With Oberdan (Banda Black Rio) on saxes, flutes, Raulzinho on trombone, Robertinho de Silva on drums, Helio Celso on organ, vibes and more. Tight blend of instrumental soul, jazz rock influences, groovy Latin touches, and slight traces of the bossa stylings of Raul's earlier albums. The whole album's a killer - a mad blend of styles that's really in keeping with the groundbreaking sound of Brazilian music at the time…. Some ill covers here….Sooo funky! Includes “cantaloupe island”, “spinning wheel” and “I feel good” !

A: tesouro de são miguel – spinning wheel – boogaloo no 2 – two beat manchild (mundo louco) – fried bananas – you’ve made me so very happy B: mercy mercy – hello monalisa – cantaloupe island – I’ve got the feeling – slick – tesouro de sao miguel…
