(The heaviest when it comes to pure rasta reggae ... this is the man Ras Michael w/ fellow Sons of Negus ... delivering some of the finest spiritual sounds from JA ... 9 tracks here and guaranteed no fillers ... starts with Peter Tosh & the killing sounds of his Wah-Wah pedal on „Truths & Rights“ ... moreover comprises „In Zion“ (a cover of the Drifters’ brilliant „On Broad Way“ which saw a congenial reggae-cut by the man Dennis Brown), the true rasta sounds of „Keep Cool Babylon“, „New Name Jah Got“, „Mr. Brown“, my special fav „Bird In The Tree Top“ w/ its great glockenspiel sounds, the gorgeous „Zion Land“ (a cut to the Gaylads ultimate „Africa (We Want To Go“) ... while the jazzy „Everyone Should Praise Jah“ profits a big lot from Peter Tosh’s Wah-Wah guitar (and that’s for about 7:30 minutes!) ... the album closes w/ the meditative „Come Down“ ... 9 tracks at all ... each roots collector should know this album ... besides Mr. Tosh the backings were delivered by Santa & Mikey Boo, Chinna & Clarence Weirs, Geoffrey Chung, Touter, as well as Dave Madden & Glen DaCosta building the horns section and Robbie Shakespeare plays bass ... recorded at Harry J, Dynamic & Joe Gibbs Studios and produced by former Jamaicans lead-singer Tommy Cowan ... please note this is the original press outta 1977 w/ red lettering on yellow label (NOT the 1980 re-release) ... true rootsman ... don't miss out!)

Something 'bout Sound + Vision: We shouldn't rely on visual appearance alone (as pretty looks isn’t all as they say) - therefore these records are graded after their visual appearance and their sound quality!
I personally prefer a record with crackling but strong sound + punch to one playing clean but with surface noise from the pressing (as we find with re-pressed discs - too - often).
Grading records is a very subjective thing but I try hard to be objective as a human being can be (yes indeed, this seller is a human being).
THIS IS MY VINYL GRADING SCALE:
EX (= really great - EX means "excellent", really...)
VG (= nice, if you don't have an excellent one - by the way: VG means "very good"...)
G (= playable, but you might find a better one - G means "good", but this term may be a bit euphemistic to reggae-vinyl-novices. Be realistic: a record graded G doesn't jump nor stick, but that's the best I can say about it...)
P (= just a collection-filler for the hard-edged + hardest-boiled collectors + selectors + all the rudegals out there - P stands for "poor", yunno...)
