Most every one is near mint, mint or still sealed. Almost every one is a promo or DJ issue. Many of these were never produced in quantity and may be quite rare. These Lp's come from an estate of a record distributor and 95% have never been played. These LP's were used as "giveaways" and "samples" and even if they were played, it was only a few times. This LP is a old RARE rock/psych offering by "Art of Lovin". It is on "mainstream" records # s/6113. This record is like new with 2 light scratches that does not effect play.
