Rare Vogue Picture Record #R748! This picture record is hard to come by. I do not specialize on records so I cannot grade this. What I can tell you is that the outside edge is in great condition. No chips or cracks. The center hole has a little wear. The record does have a lot of scratches. When you look at it head on you cannot see many of them. I tried to take pictures to show some of the worst scratches.
