You are looking at something truly rare, a SEALED copy of Van Halen’s Balance on glorious LP! On record alone, this album is difficult to come by. But this is the limited U.S. special import, practically impossible to find! This album was released in 1995 on Warner Music and the label # is 9-45760-1.

Bring sealed, this album is assumed to be in Mint Condition! The shrink and outer jacket are in incredible shape as well. Everything looks great and I’m very excited to be selling this! Of note, perhaps, is the fact that this album still has an HMV price sticker on it. I’ve decided not to try to remove it. But it looks like it’ll come off pretty easily should you so desire.
