A third vinyl was released to the UK market in a plain black die cut sleeve. The label was entirely white with a rubber stamp that stated “U2 MOFO Matthew Roberts Limited Edition Explicit Remix”. According to promotional material that accompanied this release, this version was limited to 300 copies. The vinyl itself was one-side, although there are some two-sided mispressings. The track contained on this release, 12MOFO3, is “Mofo (Matthew Roberts Explicit Remix)” which has not appeared on any other release.
