The Seller is the Original Owner and received this Single from the label in 1978.

The picture disc was visually inspected and appears to be in NM condition. Included is the original clear urethane sleeve. Please zoom in on the provided photos to see the overall condition of this item.  One side has an image of the album art with sword, and the other side has an invitation to see Toto on February 8, 1978 at 8:30pm at the Roxy on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles.

Seller has another copy of this picture disc with the same songs, but it has the album art on both sides, not the invitation.  That disc came with a cardboard backing card insert that features a band photo and track information.  Seller made a photocopy and will include it with this record.

(Wikipedia Excerpts) Toto is an American rock band formed in 1977 in Los Angeles, California. Toto combines elements of pop, rock, soul, funk, progressive rock, hard rock, R&B, blues, and jazz. Having released 14 studio albums and sold over 40 million records worldwide, the group has received several Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in 2009.

"Hold the Line" was released as Toto’s lead single from the band’s eponymous debut studio album in September 1978, by Columbia Records. It became an international hit for the band, reaching number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. Written by the band's keyboardist David Paich, the lead vocals on the song were performed by Bobby Kimball.

The Seller was in the retail record business in the 1970's-1980's and acquired a collection of 2500+ albums from that era, which is now being sold on Ebay. Most have never (or seldom) been played. Many are white label promos, first pressings, and often factory sealed. The collection has been securely boxed and stored in a smoke free environment since 1983, 40 years!  If you like what you see, please check back occasionally to see my new listings.

Grading methodology is as follows:

M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and has never been played.

NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks.

VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy.

VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, etc.

This Seller allows for combined shipping costs when multiple items are purchased in the same transaction. Seller ships domestically within the United States via United States Post Office Media Mail with tracking. This is the most economical option. Seller will insure packages valued above $30. Insurance does not cover missing packages after they have been delivered to the buyer's address, only damage or loss during shipping.  If Buyer prefers a faster shipping service, please contact the Seller before completing the transaction to discuss options such as Priority Mail. Per USPS, Priority Mail packages are delivered in 1-3 days.
