SUPER RARE UNPLAYED WITH COVER INSERT SHEET 1990 TRAVELING WILBURYS "INSIDE OUT" Promotional only LP!

             I purchased this promo LP back in 1990, not sure what the story is on it, but its in unplayed condition and still has the shrink wrap on it and the cover sheet insert from when  purchased it.
I have only seen a few of these over the past 27 years. It never came with any type of picture jacket just a plain white jacket and the paper insert.
I have never opened it, its in brand new condition and now 27 years old.
