Vinyl looks clean but has a very few light surface marks. Unfortunately there is a scratch on side 2 on the very last inch.  I noticed crackles when I had a quick listen.  I haven't cleaned with anti static liquid which may help.  I would say mainly the vinyl is between good to excellent, depending on how it is cleaned, except for the end of side 2.

Laminated cover has some light wear around the edges on the front and light tear on bottom by insert.. On the back the cover is excellent except someone has written in biro the word 'stock' - it is pretty small.  Using the grading below I would grade it as good.

Original Decca inside sleeve.

Record Grading

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

POSTAGE & PACKING RATES:

Discounts for multiple purchases.   For each additional record – 40% will be deducted from the postage.

A Certificate of Postage is obtained for every delivery.

·         I post at a post office so tracking numbers are not normally available

·         Records will only be ‘Recorded Signed For’ if requested by purchaser, so please do put this onto the message to seller on checkout.  Cost for UK – 75p on top of postage

·          'Recorded Signed for' in EU / US / Asia and rest of the world – is an extra £5.50

·         Please note – I recommend that every item that is bought outside the EU – ie US / Asia / Australia should always have a signed for added to the postage – it really is much safer!  It would be £5.50 added to each package outside of the EU – but it is up to you!

All records are very well packed with stiffeners.

Delivery

I normally send out items within 2 to 7 days of cleared payment received, so please if you want to receive your item quickly if you could let me know on the messages, thanks.

Refunds

Everything that is posted out is in the condition described as best I can, and as seen on photo/s.  All records are as well packed as poss and in the very rare situation (not happened yet!) that the record gets broken, let me know and we will discuss how I can help.

All these records are from a personal record collection and a lot of them have been stored for up to and over 20 years.  I have tried to clean them before they are sent but a good deep clean wouldn't hurt to get any ingrained dust out.  I have managed to do this a little with some of the records before they were sent out, but not with anti-static liquid.  Although it helps with some of the crackles, it doesn't get rid of them all, I try to be as honest as poss with the description!
