Rumble has the distinction of being the only instrumental to be banned from New York & Boston AM radio airways; it was feared its title would inspire teen mayhem!

Link Wray (1929-2005) was the original bad boy of the electric guitar; Pete Townshend said "If it hadn't been for Link Wray and Rumble I never would have picked up a guitar".  The ominous sound of this '50s rockabilly classic has been featured on many film soundtracks.

It's not hard to find beat-up examples of this 1st pressing; but tough to score a CLEAN M- GEM like this one.  Wish we had a box of 'em, but...
