RARE ROCKABILLY 78 from 1956 BY MARVIN RAINWATER. Record is released on the M-G-M label as 12240. ORIGINAL CANADIAN PRESSING. Songs are "HOT AND COLD" and "MR. BLUES" . Record is MINT- and plays PERFECT . Labels are clean (see photo's). THIS IS A GREAT TWO SIDED ROCKABILLY RECORD. FEATURES ROY CLARKE ON HOT AND COLD TRADING LICKS WITH A GREAT STEEL GUITAR PLAYER - BILL BADGETT. NOW CONSIDERED ONE OF ROCKABILLY'S CLASSIC RECORDS.
THIS NEW OLD STOCK RECORD WAS BOUGHT BY MY FRIEND FROM AN EDMONTON RECORD STORE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS IN 1959. HE PUT IT AWAY FOR YEARS BEFORE FINALLY SELLING TO ME.
NOTE: I AM SELLING MY ENTIRE COLLECTION OF ROCK AND ROLL 78'S AND WILL BE LISTING THE BEST ONES FIRST. WATCH THIS SITE FOR LISTINGS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS. MANY MINT ITEMS AND SOME NEW OLD STORE STOCK.

Please don't pay until you get my invoice as actual cost to USA is $16 and ebay forms don't compute. This is the cost to send without a tracking number which I do not recommend for this rare item. I would suggest sending with a tracking number but cost will increase. If you choose to ship without tracking number, it is at your risk.
Grading is based on the following criteria
Mint = store stock new
Mint- = near new with only one or two small insignificant defects
VG++ = extremely nice. Would be Mint-, except for a couple of light scratches or scuffs, which do not affect play
VG+ = a nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a few pops, but has no serious problems.
VG = a well-used record that still sounds OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc.
VG- = a very well-worn record that plays through without skipping, but will do until a better copy comes along.
