Hi, this is a US EP by Jodie Foster's Army (JFA) entitled "Blatant Localism", released on Placebo Records in 1981. Tracks are "Out Of School", "JFA", "Do The Hannigan", "Count", "Beach Blanket Bong Out", and "Cokes And Snickers". The record (on the red Placebo label) is NEAR MINT.
