This is a Larry Norman 45rpm White blank label record that came in a blank white sleeve
in a cardboard cover with the following written on the cover: TEST  #5880 A/B
Virco   Larry Norman . On the back of cardboard it says: Living/Soul  3
That refers to the songs and that 3 records were in the cardboard case.
The songs are "Soul On Fire" and "Living In The 20th Century".
The runout area contains the song title and the date 6/16/88
I haven't been able to find a comparable online.
The records look like they haven't been on a turntable.
