Description

Claude Davis Trio, I Don't Want Your Gold or Silver/Standing by the Highway (Columbia 15740-D).
Singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter Claude Davis on probably his last known recordings, featuring vocals, guitars, and harmonica. Recorded in Atlanta in November 1931, issued in 1932. No sales figure known but only 600 copies pressed. A true Depression-era rarity.
Condition: E+. A glossy copy such as you'll seldom see again.
