Description

In my continuing quest to bring you fine vinyl, I'm happy to offer the record(s) listed above.  (and of course, as usual, please check out my other listings to find things that you may need).
Well. Here is *finally* a copy in the wild. If my research is correct, the last time that this NoSo classic (stock copy) was sold was back in May, 2020. This is a true original US Warner Brothers  STOCK copy. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I myself see a lot more of the promos than I do of these.
As you've no doubt gleaned from the pics, this record is by no means a showpiece. Cosmetic issues for sure, and definite scratches and hairlines. That being said, I've seen other records in FAR worse condition. Here we go:
Side A: Don't Pity Me. wol is obviously present; performed with a black ballpoint pen, but NOT an indelible marker. Label paint mini-chipping is seen in a concentric circle approx 1/2" from spindle hole.
Many hairlines are present and easily viewable. Small amount of marking on playing surface at approx 12:00, just above the matrix number. Speaking of such matters...stamped matrix in deadwax,  the value of which is HX-14392-1D. I'd like to say that the early stamp makes it a first press, but I cannot do so at this time.
No chips. No cracks. No storage warp. No drillhole. Any scratches other than hairlines are light and  cannot be felt with a fingertip, and close examination of the disc under a halogen bulb shows no stress fractures.
For Side A...I'd be pretty much on point to give this a straight VG grade. Not pretty, and certainly not an appearance of a crown jewel...however, a feather in any DJ's cap on OVO night.
Side B: My Block. no wol. Circular paint mini-chipping is definitely less than on the A-side. Same caveats apply here as they did to the A-side. Slightly fewer hairlines. Any other scratches that are present are again light and unable to be felt. Some amount of 'skidding' on grooves. Slight hazing near intro wax near  6:00 and 7:00 positions. Stamped matrix in deadwax here as well; the value of which is HX-14393-1C.
For Side B: Going with VG on this side, too.
Ephemera/various: Some extremely light random tiny spots on both sides of record.
As with all records, a careful dusting/cleaning may be required for optimum playback. *In the case of  this record, use judgment and common sense should you decide to clean it. My mention of cleaning is simply a statement, and in no way indicates culpability.*
There will be NO partial refunds on this item.
*********************************** ***************NOTE***************  ***********************************
I've updated the listing to show the correct shipping policy and also enabled returns on the item, only  if it's significantly different than advertised, or is broken.
FIVE DAY ONLY SALE.
Please see and examine pictures, as they are part of the listing. If you would like additional pics, just let me know!
NOTE: Due to the pandemic, there are mail delays all over the world. Please allow for some  extra time for shipments to arrive. Additionally, due to cost and availability issues, I can only ship records in boxes to international destinations. US buyers will still receive deliveries, of course, however, these record(s) will be sandwiched in between stiff cardboard squares, wrapped in  bubble wrap and placed within a suitable container.
It is preferable that payment be made ASAP, however, due to various circumstances,  I'm allowing up to three days for payment to be made. Anything after that, and an unpaid item case automatically opens. If you don't plan on paying, then don't bid.
Shipping:
I'm happy to combine shipping for orders!
No matter how many 45's you purchase (in the lower 48 of the US), the shipping cost will never go over the current Media Mail rate (currently $3.11).
NOTE: USPS has raised its international rates again; currently reflected here.  This is a huge jump over what the costs used to be.  Lastly, I make zero profit on shipping.
Fair warning...these rates are exorbitant.
Feel free to check the USPS website for rate confirmation. Criteria that I use is this: never mail on the weekend, 8oz package, First Class Int'l. Always mail in the morning, and plan a few days  in advance to determine quote.
Rates to Germany, France and Japan will stay the same as before.
Here's a rough breakdown, of which I'll adhere to:
Canada - $14.25 (14% increase) for 8oz and under; $21.25 (2.3% increase) for any weight over 8oz.
France, Germany - $14.50 for 8oz and under; $24.50 for any weight over 8oz.  - no change.
Italy - $16.25 (11% increase) for 8oz and under; $28.25 (13.27% increase) for any weight over 8oz.
Spain - $15.50 (11% increase) for 8oz and under; $25.50 (3.92% increase) for any weight over 8oz.
U.K - $16.25 (11% increase) for 8oz and under; $26.00 (5.77% increase) for any weight over 8oz.
Aussie - $18.25 (5.5% increase) for 8oz and under; $29.75 (6.75% increase) for any weight over 8oz.
1-2 45 rpm singles weighs under 8oz. 3 or more is over. Usually.
1 LP record is already over 8oz (it's actually closer to 14oz). The price break for multiple LP's is at 32oz, i.e., 2LP's.
I am willing to work with any of my overseas customers on this. Most of this would be  depending upon circumstance, order status, availability and most importantly, weight.
I refuse to lose a sale over an amount as small as ~$5 or thereabouts merely due to shipping costs. We'll talk it through and hash it out.
I ship all of my (soon to be your) items as such:
1. Paper sleeve (will match company of the record if available), poly outer sleeve.  2. Cardboard stiffeners for added package strength (in case of shipping delays for supplies, I will use 2 records for intra-US shipments).  3. A stiffener is placed under the record, then the next one is turned at 90° with the record in between. 4. Specialized mailing boxes are exclusively used for mailing 45rpm records (or LP's).
NOTE: Despite what eBay puts in my shipping profile, I'm happy to ship anywhere in the world,  with no exclusions whatsoever.
If you are getting more than one record from me, please wait until I send you an invoice.
VAT/GST/customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the cost of this item.
Any questions? Please feel free to contact me. I've an open-door policy! :) I WILL happily process returns if the item arrives damaged, or is significantly different than advertised. I will NOT process refunds due to buyer's remorse, I'm sorry to say.
PayPal ONLY. See my feedback and bid with confidence!
