Description
Excellent, rare 45 by Billy Mack. Songs are: "Too Much" b/w "My Baby's Gone Away Forever". Original U.S. DJ promo on Philips Records #4031. Condition is very strong VG+ (near VG++) (Too Much)/VG (My Baby's Gone Forever side. (8/6) small tear on a Too Much sides label, few light surface marks on "Too Much" side, The My Baby's Gone Forever" side has some thin surface scratches, light scuffs on side, there is a small thin, tight flush internal pressure crack from outer dead wax in about 1/2", record is not split at the crack and not affecting play. It is very hard to even see on the Too Much side unless you hold it up to very bright light (see third photo), It is a bit more noticeable on the My Baby's Gone Forever side (See 5th photo)
Great, rare Robert Banks production out of New York City. Killer thumpin' brass propelled Northern Soul with lots of girls on backing vocals on "Too Much". Great Deep Soul flip "My Baby's Gone Forever". Fantastic, very hard to find, Manship asking 150 UK Pounds for a copy on their website (equal to over $240 U.S. dollars once you do the currency conversion). Very low opening bid and no reserve

Grading Scale:
10: Mint Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Very few records will make mint.
9: Mint- Very clean, only a few light marks. A great record.
8: Excellent (VG++) Condition between 7 and 9.
7: VG+ Used, but not abused. Light scratches only. Should play, and look very nice with minimal surface noise.
6: VG Still a nice record. Looks a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise.
5: VG- A bit rough but will play ok. Fills the collection.
4: G Plays very rough. Has multiple scratches. What a bargain!!
3-2-1: It only goes down from here.
*** I'll gladly take any record back if not satisfied. ***
