VERY RARE Modern/X-Over Soul
Artist : Pep Brown
Title : Side A: This Good Thing That I’ve Got / Side B: Hank William’s Love Song

Grade: Side A: NM / Side B: NM
Remarks: In-demand. Both sides are very clean and still shining.
Grading:
M : Mint (but I never use this grade)
NM : Near Mint, Very clean, only a few light marks but sound is like new.
VG++ : Clean label, any scratches will be light and not so affecting play
VG+ : Possible slight wear on label. Scratched vinyl, plays well
VG : Used record, possibly wear on label and scratched vinyl, plays ok
G : Abused! Possibly bad label damage and some serious scratches

WOL = writing on label, SOL = seal on label,
XOL = cross on label, TOL = tear on label,
