Up for bid is a Promotional Picture Disc 10" 78rpm release on the Mercury Records label, label # 5054, by Del Courtney and His Orchestra. This is the single of "Hawaiian War Chant” and Josephine”, and is very rare. This disc is playable-though why anyone would play it, I cannot say. But it does have marks on the surface, mostly small scratches that I don't think would affect the play much, plus one 1/8" square area of heavy scratches. These marks are visible with the naked eye at close range. There is also a small crack (see picture). The labels are in nice shape, not much wear on them, and the text is still bright, clear, and easily readable. Please let me know if you have any questions.
