Returns policy:

If you do not receive an item due to it being lost in the post or an item arrives damaged please note that, as is usual practice, I can only refund the actual cost of the item and not the postal charges unless you have requested ‘Special’ or ‘Recorded’ delivery, in which case the Post Office compensation claims system will cover all costs.
