Complete set of the 1978 broadcast by Drake-Chenault. The LPs are by hours from 1 through 52 with A side and B side of each hour. Very clean vinyl. Interviews and music.

Originally a 48-hour radio documentary produced by Drake/Chenault and recorded in Fresno in 1969, the History of Rock & Roll was expanded to 52 hours and updated in 1978 and again in 1981.

The History of Rock and Roll is still the most comprehensive radio documentary ever produced and covers 25-years of music. It includes hundreds of interviews and the production of this show consumed thousands of man-hours, won critical acclaim and generated tremendous audience response across the country.
