This is a 78 RPM on apex 76270 Canadian issue.

 

Shellac is a very glossy VG+ and better ( very close to VG++ ) with some  minor paper scuff marks and a few light hairline scratches.  There is a miniscule 1/8 surface  edge chip on the outer dead wax  ( hardly noticeable, and mentioned for accuracy)  .

 

.Play graded sounds excellent.
