We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Rarely seen original mid 70's first pressing by the great unsung Italian prog-psych band Sensations Fix...includes the elusive double sided (English) lyrics inner sleeve.

It's been noted before and we say it again = Sensations Fix in their early stages (first three Lp's) were better than 3/4, or most of the highly rated multi-hundreds of dollar valued Italian 70's "art rock" albums ... a vastly underrated group, the atmospheric highs and creative playing is as rewarding as any of the space-rock bands of legend. Heavenly keyboards mesh with majestic distortion guitars creating enjoyable listening zones...Boxes Paradise is a little more straightforward, more accessible, but don't expect anything near approaching mainstream Mediterranean Prog Rock: guitarist & leader Franco Falsini continued marching to the rhythm of his own private muse, influenced (in philosophy more than actual practice) by Crimson's Robert Fripp, and the books of Kurt Vonnegut..

"The Flu" is a very good song, catchier and more streamlined than Sensations Fix prior work. "Faux Batard" and "Mother's Day" are two other very nice tracks. "Boxes Paradise" and "Voices" are strong too. "Luna Slain" is a reprise of "Fullgast" from their great 2nd Lp, 'Portable Madness', and "Visions Fugitives" is a reprise of "Just a Little More on the Curve" and "Yardbird's Dream" from their also great 'Finest Finger' Lp. Both tracks now have vocals, as do all songs on this album. Further, most of "Mother's Day" is a reprise of parts of "Parte 2" and "Parte 3" from (guitarist/keyboardist) Franco Falsini's outstanding psych solo Lp, 'Cold Nose.' All of these reprises are different, sometimes adding drums, and adding and/or subtracting fuzzy guitar and spiraling synth parts. There is also a symphonic prog influence, especially on "Faux Batard" (vocals), and "Mother's Day"

Records like this are an invaluable reminder of an unfairly neglected chapter in modern music history, and if only because of their relative scarcity are to be treasured.

CONDITION: The cover: The white cover is prone to much dirt and soil...here a little bit, VG++ small sticker stain with no bends, no split seams and no writing...Hard to find clean ... hard to find at all...

The vinyl: is all clean and clear "EX" (excellent) ...plays clean all the way, one that we'd keep in our own collection if we didn't already have it...
