I bought this in a record store when it was released.  It has never been opened.  The factory seal is split on one edge but not for the entire length of the edge (please see photos).  There is some slight ringwear and the corners show some wear.  Please look at the photos to ensure the record meets with your standards as a collector.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks.
