This quite rare Elvis single “Surrender” on a 7” 45 RPM record was probably released in 1961 or 1962 by United States Air Force Presents Music in the Sky (Program 159 and 160), Elvis Presley Music, Inc. I understand they were sent out in cardboard mailers, probably to all USAF radio stations. Someone with a real sense of humor decided to make the flip side “Out of a Clear Blue Sky” by Lawrence Welk. I find that pretty funny. You can get more info on this from Jerry Osbourne’s “Presleyana V” record and collectible guide (p.67). Overall light scratching and some writing and wear on the label. I keep my S&H as low as possible and usually ship within 1 business day of receiving payments. Some items must be taken to a Post Office or UPS and I only do that weekly.
