THE BEATLES - I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND / THIS BOY
VERY RARE 78 ISSUED IN INDIA ON PARLOPHONE R.5084. GREAT EX+ CONDITION
They don't really come in better condition than this.
The only blemish to both labels is the number '15' inked in.
THIS 78 RPM IS IN A NICE INDIAN PARLOPHONE PAPER SLEEVE.
THIS IS ONE OF SEVERAL 78s I AM LISTING, SOME ISSUED IN INDIA IN THE 1960s, LONG AFTER 78s WERE DISCONTINUED IN THE US AND EUROPE, OVERTAKEN BY 45s.
INCLUDED ARE INDIAN 78s by THE BEATLES, RICKY NELSON, BOBBY DARIN, and CLIFF RICHARD.
THESE INDIAN 78 RPM RECORDS ARE VERY RARE, ESPECIALLY IN SUCH GOOD CONDITION. MOST LABELS CARRY THE WORDS 'MADE IN INDIA' OR SIMILAR, AND THE DATE OF ISSUE.
AND THEY'RE THE REAL GENUINE ORIGINAL - MADE OF THAT OLD SHELLAC, NOT VINYL !

DOO-WOP AND GROUP RARITIES INCLUDE THE MAGIC TONES, THE FIRST RECORD BY THE PONITAILS (before Born too late) + CADETS, DANNY AND JUNIORS, FLOYD ROBINSON
PACKING: I pack really well. I 'sandwich' the record/s between two thick pieces of cardboard, surround it with packing - scrunched up newspaper and/or bubble-wrap/polystyrene chips - and put it in a stout cardboard box. I have been sending records all over the world to regular collectors and dealers. Over many years of posting, I have never had a breakage.
POSTAGE: I am happy to combine records to cut down the cost of postage.
UK STANDARD POSTAGE IS £4 FOR THE FIRST 78, THEN £1 FOR EACH EXTRA
CONTINENTAL EUROPE £ 6 FOR FIRST + £1 EACH EXTRA U.S. £ 12 + £2 EXTRAS
CONDITION / GRADING : M = Mint, New. Ex = Excellent - played but few marks and they still sound great. VG = Very good, played many times, with scuff/wear and a little surface noise, but not excessive. + and - marks give clearer gradings. Please note that I grade by sound. A 78 can look quite beat up but still play Ex- Labels are clean unless stated otherwise or as in photos.
