Very rare presentation on 78' vinyl of 2 of the most famous Rusin Greek Catholic  Hymns for the Nativity of Our Lord - Christmas Folk Songs of the Ruthenian Church - On one side is actually Silent Night from the West in Church Slavonic - Yasna Zorja - and the other side has Nova Radost Stala. On an OKEH record - produced in 1923 if I can read the tiny print correctly under the OKEH title. No: 15091. Sung by the Karpato-Russian Quartet - the English translation of the Slavonic - Russian or Rusin Lemkian (Lemkovski) Quartet.  Ethnic info on the side lists it as a Carpatho-Russian Quartet. Usual scratches for a 78 (miniscule chip on the Silent Night side but does not affect the Hymn) but very rare and great addition to your Rusin or Slav Greek Catholic or Orthodox collection!
