RARE 45 Sam Fletcher - I'd Think It Over / Friday Night

Description
This rare single is NOT as pictured. The label is exactly accurate (Tollie appears to have changed logos at some point), but the vinyl is BLACK not blue. I would call this NM as there appear to be several very light scratches on the Friday Night side.
Side one features "I'd Think it Over" by Sam Fletcher... the names under him are, I assume, the writers, which state W.B. Willingham and A. Berry. Side two features "Friday Night" written by R. Newman. What is interesting is Friday Night notes Metric Music (BMI) and I'd Think it Over notes Screen Gems (BMI). Perhaps that is related to the producers (I won't pretend to know a lot about this artist).

The 45 comes in its original brown paper sleeve, with a cutout to view the label. There is a 3 for $1 aged sticker on the sleeve (got 'em cheap then apparently!). :-) There are two small holes in the corner of the sleeve where a staple used to be apparently, and one corner of the sleeve is a bit crunched. The vinyl looks pretty darn clean tho, save the very light scratches I think are there on the Friday Night side.
On Jul-10-11 at 08:35:33 PDT, seller added the following information: A buyer asked this question, and it seems relevant: there appears to be a MP stamp in a circle on the wax (non-recorded vinyl portion) for this 45.
