VERY RARE 1984 PROMOTIONAL PRINCE ‘PURPLE RAIN’ SHOULDER BAG WITH PURPLE COLOURED DISC INSIDE

This unusual item of Prince memorabilia was issued in 1984 to promote the release of  the album ‘Purple Rain’.  It is a clear plastic shoulder bag measuring 16” x 12”, which contains a purple coloured vinyl copy of ‘Purple Rain’ (cut in half), an artificial rose, and a card reading “I love you, Prince”.  These items are sealed in the bag.  It has never been used.
