PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. The Gravity Adjusters Expansion Band (GAEB) started in 1967, they remain one of the long lost and underestimated groups that explored the areas of Kosmiche space psychedlia, sound sculpture, improvisation, experimental music and complex jamming acid interludes. The group have their roots in playing in and around the San Francisco Bay Area, and finally recorded their first LP in Los Angeles ...Besides the usual/unusual guitar & bass, there are many effects including many of whose percussive and bowed instruments incorporate water filled resonators to bend and tune the sound. Although many other improvisors at the time like AMM, MEV, Sonde and Taj Mahal Travellers all made extensive use of home made and adapted instruments, the Gravity Adjuster Expansion Band are a very different concern with their own unmistakable identity sure to take one into lift-off ...There's a blistering scene for homemade gear at the moment, but these guys really took the biscuit, laying waste to free complex experimental space-prog (early Kluster, Cluster, Anima, Annexus Quam, similar "Ohr" label & private pressed "space" guru bands come to mind) and psychedelia with help from the trippy sculptures of The Gravity Adjusters.... I'm not going to list all the many weird and wonderful instruments used on the record (you've got the liner notes for that) but let me tell you there's a whole bunch..and they do it incredibly well indeed...'One' is a compelling listening experience, probably best heard accompanied by a illegal home-grown substances and a cup of green tea. Far out, man...
