PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. THE REAL DEAL and it plays GREAT !
Original 1969 first pressing of a killer underground MOD-PSYCH guitar trio from England, releasing their only album only in German ... originally released in 1969 on the independent German label Hor Zu. A minor masterpiece of British psychedelic popsike full of gorgeous infectious songs, keyboard sounds, weird & sparse arrangements, treated piano, general garage mayhem, fuzzed-up guitar, distorted vocals and sound effects....way better than other UK albums of the genre that re $$$ valued! The Lp features all original material (all three members contributed songs). The LP liner notes (printed in English and German) don't include performance credits, but all of the vocalists are good with the guitarist displaying a nice penchant for fuzz guitar (check out the solo on 'Should I'). Musically the set offers up a '60s period piece mixture of English R&B (the Cream-ish 'Delusion'), psych, and hard rock moves. Songs like the opening title track snippet and the rocker 'You Thought You Had It Made' should've appealed to both the underground crowd and top-40 radio. The ballad 'Find a Hideaway' should have been a major radio hit. The band are also interesting when they take off in a more experimental direction including 'Think Big' (offering up a weird mixture of effects and a Western epic feel) and 'Doesn't Add Up To Me'. Elsewhere the psych numbers 'Please Return' and 'Rust' would have sounded fine on a Small Faces LP. (Always loved the back cover photo of the trio posing on German police motorcycles.)

CONDITION: The Cover: Very fragile ...a tough cover to find without issues, this one is still very vibrant, colorful; contains some crinkles from handling and a some light wear around the edges but no split seams, no tears or rips, no writing...we'll call it a strong VG (+) and is collection worthy...
The Vinyl: the thick durable platter plays extremely well, in excellent audio zones, the vinyl remains all glossy and has only visible soft hairscuffs like from inner paper sleeve, but the deep groove pressing remains clear upon playing without groove wear which is prevalent with many '60s records. Looks VG++ again, plays excellent...
A cool addition to anyone's music library!
