RARE 1958 SMOKEY BEAR RADIO STATION AD COUNCIL  LP RECORD FIRE PREVENTION 

This auction is for a RARE (red vinyl) 1958 SMOKEY THE BEAR RADIO STATION PUBLIC AD COUNCIL FIRE PREVENTION ADS LP (see pics). This LARGE size LP measures 16 inches across and was produced for radio station use only. The LP is the first of three disks produced from this series.  Smokey visits the stars and the Sons of the Pioneers sing.  Produced by the Ad Council in 1958, feature the "voice" of Smokey the Bear with musical accompaniment by the Sons of the Pioneers.  The stars featured on this LP are:  

Side 1 (of 6) features the voice talents of actors Willard Waterman, Bing Crosby and Clint Walker (Cheyenne)

Side 2 (of 6) features the voice talents of Diana Shore and Dale Robertson (Tales of Wells Fargo)

*Condition: Nice overall condition.  Please note that this LP has not been listened to due to its size (can't be played on normal turntables). 

A VERY rare and unusual Smokey The Bear collectible!  From my Smokey collection.
