Description

In 1955 Peggy Lee made some odd ball, wacky recordings for Decca records, and a few were never released in the USA. Two of the songs she recorded and never released were with actor Jim Backus, who was the voice of the very popular and near-sighted TV cartoon character, Mr. Magoo. The two songs were.....Mr. Magoo's Cha Cha, and, Three Cheers for Mr. Magoo (originally titled, as written here on the label in pencil...Magoo March). Up for auction here is the very rare original acetate of these 2 recordings in Near Mint condition. I could call it Mint, because it looks and plays flawless, but it is 56 years old. It comes with its original Audiodiscs sleeve.

ATTENTION: this could be a 2-sided acetate test pressing.
