Very rare hand-signed in blue ink, all four Ramones signatures on a 1978 Sire picture sleeve of DO YOU WANNA DANCE b/w BABY SITTER. This sleeve was signed during a tour stop in Raleigh North Carolina. Sleeve has some crinkling at top and some ring-wear.
