Description
On the auction block now is this 1976 release, titled "Rising", (and not "Rainbow Rising", as it is commonly referred to). It is a good reason why people collect picture discs! It features the very cool artwork from the album cover, and band photos, track listings, and producer credits on the back. An awesome picture disc to have, as this one does not come around too often. Ronnie James Dio was really starting to hit his stride on this second release from Rainbow, the band Ritchie Blackmore put together after he left Deep Purple (the first time). Bottom line, this record rocks!
Record looks good, with only a couple of very minor surface marks. Nothing too heavy, and nothing you can see very well, unless holding very close up, and under a bright light. (I like to be honest.) I ship worldwide, with the actual cost varying by location. Here in America, ebay only lets us charge $4, and that is for everything. Time spent packing, packing materials, trips to the post office, and the actual cost to mail. Please understand that we lose money on shipping.
