For sale is RAHSAAN ROLAND KIRK's "Natural Black Inventions: Root Strata" on Atlantic SD 1578, 1971 Promo Edition.
SOUND: NM/MINT It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. The sole reason I can't grade the playback MINT is 2 tiny tics I heard at the end of cut A1. That is all. Otherwise, perfect, crystal-clean sound!
VINYL: NM/MINT The vinyl is pristine! There are no flaws of any kind. Looks like a brand-new record. White promo labels are clean and bright with no marks.
JACKET: NM The jacket is outstanding with solid, clean edges. Only the most minimal touch of wear on the corners. Laminated front cover is brilliant, with the "promo" sticker. Back cover is very clean and bright, lovely condition.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
