Description
Quill Their Self Titled first album.
Great Rock n' Roll from this early 70's New England rock band. Some good straight up heavy rock here with bits of psychedelic rock mixed in. Some really great songs on here, Thumbnail Screwdriver starts it off with a solid straight up rock song, They Live Life is a 9 minute mash-up of hard rock and African drumming gone crazy. Side 2 starts off with a couple of mellower psychedelic tracks in the vain of Saucerful of Secrets era Floyd. The final trip is Shrieking Finally, a scorcher of a song!
This is an under rated record, dont miss the chance to have this in your collection
The record shows signs of wear and there is a small hairline scratch on side 1 that surprisingly didnt skip on my player. It plays great. The sleeve is in overall good shape but does have some issues. Minor shelf wear on the front, 3 white rubbing streaks on the back, a saw cut, the seam on the inner gatefold is split, and some one worte 25 on the front in small print, also someone wrote the tracklengths on the inner gatefold.
Overall this is one for playing, not collecting, drop the needle on it and make sure to turn it up.
I listen to all unsealed records before I list them and try to put all details in the item specifics section. Feel free to message with any questions.
I recently came across a very large amount of records that I will be listing for the next few months, keep checking back or message me if there is a particular psych, beach, southern, classic rock, soul, funk, blues or R and B record from the 60s to the 80's that you are looking for.
Thanks for looking, all items will be auctioned with a reasonable starting price, as I feel that the value of these records should determine their selves. All U.S. shipping will be done via USPS media mail for a flat rate of 4$ and 1$ each additional album. International records will be sent USPS at actual cost determined by where you want it sent to.
