- Custom belly band wrap sealed and embossed with a gold foil sticker
- "Subscription" sticker and hand numbered on back of belly wrap
- 4 Mil Sleeve

~Come's unsealed from distributor, but we guarantee that it is brand new~
~We have blacked out the album number but is in the 20's~
