A rare opportunity to acquire a signed copy of this record.
Cover has been signed on the front (5 signatures) and rear (1 signature). The inner sleeve has been signed  5 times on one side. 
I would describe the cover condition as fair to good. There is some wear to the corners. There is also a thin in the area of the letter "E" in Ryche, upper right corner. One of the signatures on the front and the one signature on the rear have some slight smudging.
The inner sleeve is in better condition in terms of wear. One of the signatures is smudged (bottom right) and one has some thins (upper left). The other side has some ink marks on, I would guess from the main cover - it looks as if this has been placed upon the cover to sign before the cover signatures were completely dry.
The vinyl itself is in very good condition, not quite good enough to describe as excellent/mint.
